The hotel is a bit off the beaten path in Birmingham Alcester Street but is close to the coach station and the glee club. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the surroundings were a bit run down. Service was friendly but could improve below my window. The dining prices were reasonable, but breakfast could be better. Facilities are decent.
